jbhthescots Posted December 27, 2009 Share #1 Posted December 27, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I wonder if anyone can help me? I recently got my M9 (and a new 35mm Summicron) and converted to LightRoom - it's a great program, and better in many respects to Aperture I've used all these years. However, in the Exif, it shows everything except the f-setting used for a picture. I'm I doing something wrong? Should something else be turned on for this to show in the Exif? Cheers, John
Advertisement Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Hi jbhthescots, Take a look here M9, LightRoom and f-setting. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
chris_tribble Posted December 27, 2009 Share #2 Posted December 27, 2009 Get the RC version of LR 2.6 (DON'T use the current release of LR 2.6 as this has a bug which causes problems when opening / editing M9 files. LR 2.6 RC (with the new Adobe Standard calibration profile) brings up the (estimated) f stop information. Don't forget though - that there's no electronic means of transmitting this directly from the lens so it's not accurate!
