Most Likely New Lenses

I don't see a 28mm Summilux. It would cannibalize the 28mm Cron and vice versa.

I don't think that will be a problem. A 28 Lux would cost even more than the 28 Cron ASPH already does. They would cohabit-ate like the 35 Lux and Cron ASPH.

As it isn't so improbable that we might see a new Tri-Elmar 28/35/50 this would mean Leica had 4 lenses with 28mm.

The Tri-Elmar is a special beast in it's own category. It would be far too expensive to interfere with sales of the 2.8/28 and even the 28 Cron. It's also too slow to compete with the 28 Cron or a possible 28 Lux as an only lens.

Most people who have a Tri-Elmar, also carry a fast lens equivalent to at least one of the three focal lengths. They use the Tri-Elmar as a daytime walk around lens, so they can travel light and only carry one body.My friend for example uses the Tri-Elmar 28/35/50 and also takes a Lux 1.4/35 ASPH along.

It's obvious that Leica has problems to keep the production of their already large variety of lenses in line. So I think it would be more reasonable to substitute current versions with new ones than to add new types.

Leica is behind no matter what. They need to move to their new facility and ramp up production. Their backlog isn't going to get any worse than it already is, if they throw one more lens in to the mix.
