Advertisement Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 Hi hojoon0724, Take a look here Importing 1:1 aspect ratio images from D-Lux 4?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jrodgers Posted December 16, 2009 Share #2 Posted December 16, 2009 Adobe Bridge in CS4 cannot preview the 1:1 RAW files, nor can the Camera RAW 5.5 in CS4 process them. Furthermore, although Capture One 4 previews and converts them, the barrel distortion at 5.1 mm focal length is pronounced. JPG files exhibit no such distortion. Lasse B Posted December 16, 2009 Share #3 Posted December 16, 2009 Lightroom is refusing to import RWL of a 1:1 image I took. Any advice? Working in Lr3 (beta), on Mac os (Leopard).
ho_co Posted December 20, 2009 Share #4 Posted December 20, 2009 ojo, is it possible that the functionality hasn't been added yet? Adobe's ReadMe for Lightroom 2.6 (http://www.adobe.com/special/photoshop/Lightroom_26_ReadMe.pdf) says "Lightroom 2.5 and earlier did not support the updated Panasonic DMC-LX3 aspect ratio modes added with the camera’s latest version 2.0 firmware." Since the Leica firmware has been updated only recently, it may be that Adobe hasn't yet incorporated the 1:1 format for D-Lux 4.
