michali Posted November 20, 2009 Share #1 Posted November 20, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Earlier this week I upgraded my MacBook to a MacBook Pro. In the process of upgrading, all of my emails disappeared into cyberspace due to a corrupt file. Included in these emails was the licence key for the Light Room 2.5 download which came with my M9 purchase. I sent an email to Adobe, no response. I then sent an email to Leica Customer Service this afternoon explaining the problem. In less than half an hour I received a response with the licence key attached. Despite the constant gripes we hear about Leica, I must say this is the second time this month that I've been bowled over with their customer service. IMO it's very rare to find this kind of service these days. Thank you Stefan Staudt. QUOTE: Dear Mr. Kirkinis, Your licence code for Abode Lightroom is 1160-4003-xxxx-18xxx-xxxx-xxxx. chrism Posted November 21, 2009 Share #2 Posted November 21, 2009 Splendid! I usually use the Migration Assistant.app to prevent these problems. These days I need about one day for migration to a new Mac, given the number of items that will have to be reinstalled or re-authorised.
