M9 enlargement .68x for all lenses, is this also apply to general film camera?

0.68 is the viewfinder magnification, so that you can see the 28mm framelines. It has no effect on the actual recorded image from the lens.

 

Film cameras are available in 0.58, 0.72 and 0.85 magnification finders, optimised for wide (no 135mm frames), general, and long (no 28mm frames) lens choices respectively.
