jc_braconi Posted November 6, 2009 Share #1 Posted November 6, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Was born to be an "Attrape" a Dummy model to be exposed on show or in vitrine shelves, these bodies are completely empty of working pieces. Also the Summicron 2/50mm lenses have their Dummies and in this case do not have block lenses or diaphragm system and wear no serial number. Looks like somebody in the Leitz factory after many years wanted to give some life to this attrape pieces as you can see in the third pict. This M4 is full operative note the black paint levers for self timer and frames selector, the upside down release lever ! and inside the out to load design for the leica M3. Usually I make my picts for the forum illustrations with the DLUX3, this ones were took with R8/DMR/4/80-200 and SF24 flash. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
