novice9 Posted October 29, 2009 Share #1 Posted October 29, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Is it possible to change the color of an object in a photograph, assuming the object is the one field that carries that color? For example, if the photograph is a picture of a red apple on a white backgroud (and contains nothing else), is it possible to somehow select the red of the apple and assign a different color, say green, to the apple? From playing around this does not seem possible, though that conclusion does surprise me. I am working in C1 Pro V. thx. t.

archi4 Posted October 29, 2009 Share #2 Posted October 29, 2009 Hi. In C1Pro 4 0r 5 it is possible, even if there are more colors in the image. I would advise you to download the manual pdf file and in the C1 site there are tutorial videos for c1pro 5 Look under "software" The tool to use is the color editor. maurice
microview Posted October 30, 2009 Share #3 Posted October 30, 2009 Is it possible to somehow select the red of the apple and assign a different color, say green, to the apple? . As Maurice says, there's an online tutorial showing virtually that same exercise. Only works for those who've paid for the PRO upgrade though.
