The 1950s (and earlier?) leather wrist straps (product codes 14095 TROOV) are rarely seen on dealer or auction websites, so they must be quite uncommon, even "rare", or as the British say "pretty thin on the ground". Yesterday at a used camera show I was picking through a shoe box of small items, looking for wrist straps. I pulled out the strap pictured below, thinking it might be the elusive TROOV. The dealer just GAVE it to me because I liked it, so the price was right. Can the collector-enthusiasts comment and maybe confirm? It is stamped GERMANY in ink on the inside of the blackish leather strap, but I find no Leica marking.
