For anyone interested in Robert Capa, particularly his D-Day pictures, I have written a blog in response to recent criticism of the work and of how it was handled by Life photo editor, John Morris. I've written a brief overview here, and from there you can go down any number of rabbit holes. To better understand what it was like for Capa (and everyone else), I fulfilled a long-time goal of going to Omaha Beach. I just spent 4 days there, using Kodak-XX (5222), which replaced the Kodak Super-XX that Capa used. I'll post a few images here and on the I Like Film thread.
