    I could realy use some help. I recently sent my M6ttl to Leica for a estimate to reapair the damage from a bad case of corrosion that started in the top plate and latter extended to several other parts of the camera. I purchased the camera new, and also purchased a leica leather case and stored it for a few years. Now its very ugly. The lady in charge of customer care says that the M6 does NOT suffer top plate corroson, only the M9 has that problem, and the estimate to repair my M6 is 1870.00 I want to send her the many articles about corrosion in certain M6´s. But I will greatly appreciate any sugestions for anyone who can help me out with this. Rafael
