I love the true grain of silver. I made a 30x40 enlargement (Focomat 1C enlarger Ilford paper) is great when it is framed and hanging on the wall:)

#8 and #9 - here i prefer the color version :)

Ingrid glad it pleases you. You're going to have to see this thread every day.:)

Thank you for watching Ingrid and comment

Here is another photo taken with the M9 and ApoTelyt 135mm that I like: feeling of space. This photo was taken on a hill filled with poppies. It's beautiful

In the background you can guess the passage of a high speed train under a bridge, at the bottom , the hill where grapes is planted for Champagne wine.

Note : The red poppy is very similar to the color of the Kodak Portra (normal because the sensor of the M9 comes from Kodak)

Doc,

What a wonderful idea! I love poppies and although it is late in the season for the golden California poppy (it's the state flower of California), I will go out and look for some to post in this thread.

In the meantime, here are a couple from 2010, taken at the Antelope Valley poppy reserve (North of Los Angeles):

One more photo of this beautiful flower.:) with 135 mm Elmarit ...like a painting in my opinion :) , film grain (in background) gives something I can not say

brief a little more for the picture.

I find that the purple color goes well with the red
