I tried to register my new D-Lux 5 online. My understanding is that is the only way to get the Adobe Lightroom 3 program that was to come with the purchase of the camera. Besides, there is not a registration card in the box anyway. I tried under a certain "user name" and was to receive an email with a link to finish the registration process but it never came. I tried again online using the same "user name" and was told the name was already taken. I tried using a new name but still get a message the name and/or password is not valid. Suggestions?

Maybe a typo in the e-mail adress?

Best would probably be to contact Leica direct.

What happens when you log-in with the e-mail adddres you think you have been using during the registration process and then click on "forgot my password"?

 

The system should either come back with a message that the e-mail addres in unvalid or it should send you an e-mail with your password you used during registration.

Which tells me that you typed the wrong e-mail address during registration.

 

Start the registration all over again with a different user name and the correct e-mail address (double check).
