This is our society
This is our society: the individual is strong only in the crowd, the crowd discriminates against the different, the crowd kills human values, enhances superfluous superficial things, the crowd convinces herself of her own welfare, she runs fast, she runs on and finally kills herself. Gracility and frivolity as dominant features of the company, transpire in this my shot, in the legs of the "modern" characters that appear in the background, aloof, distant both spatially and mentally, now. Aligned subjects, aligned legs thin, minimized figures, like puppets, fragile puppets: rendered characters , in their frivolity and gracility, by a blur which deforms, minimizes and ridicules. Clear demarcation of colors, among aforesaid characters and the subject in the foreground, appears evident, like closure, barrier, separation.
