I like to use it one or two times a year. Here is an example of small (Dutch) reportage I did with the mini. Hebt u ideeën voor het Stadspark? In my opinion it is stil the photographer that makes the photo not the camera. These pics wouldn't have been better suited for the article if I had used my M. For me the lens is the soul of the camera. So imo the Mini is a real Leica. They were not better than their competitors. Not better in any aspect. This can't be a real Leica. garyp Posted July 6, 2010 Share #16 Posted July 6, 2010 I have a Mini II, a nice li'l P&S, esp. when hooked up with Kodachrome 200. It's not used much anymore [esp w/K'chrome We used a Mini 3 at work for 2 years of field work, documenting [mostly] abandoned oil and/or gas well locations in the woods of eastern Tennessee. It never failed to work, even after being dropped a few times, and some users hung it on the outside of a backpack so it got a few other li'l nicks. It's still around the office and I get it out and knock off a roll or two every now and then [it's close to 10 years old now.. I am a fan of the li'l beasties.
