andym911 Posted May 23, 2010 Share #1 Posted May 23, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Being a 'one developer' guy I tried some Delta 100 in my usual mix of HC110 Dil B. 6 mins at 20 deg. Am very happy with the results so far. Below one from today scanned on coolscan Leica CL camera and old 50mm thought might be of interest for those who try to stick to one Dev as I do. best Andy

christer Posted May 24, 2010 Share #3 Posted May 24, 2010 Very nice picture indeed! Would you please show us what it looks like when enlarged about 12 times, i.e. to fit on a 10x12 inches paper with some of the edges of the negative cropped away? A part scan will do fine for demonstration. If you are a one developer (HC 110) guy, what other film(s) do you use? I tested HC 110 ten years ago and found it to grainy. Currently I am trying out TMax developer to see if I can use it for both TMX and TMY. Regards,
andybarton Posted May 24, 2010 Share #4 Posted May 24, 2010 I use HC110B for my Tri-X and use Dil E for Pan F+ (otherwise the development time is only 4 minutes, which can lead to unever negs, esp in 6x6). It works very well on the T-Max 400 that I have been using in 6x6 too. I really like it and it's so economical as to be ridiculous.

ndjambrose Posted May 24, 2010 Share #6 Posted May 24, 2010 Really nice work, Andy. I'm also a fan of HC-110. Versatile, high performance, easy to work with, super economical.
