It is one of the best object that I own. Wonderful. I am planning to buy the 12x50 as well, it is so good that I do not have any fear abut the steadiness of the image with 12x magnification. lars_bergquist Posted September 4, 2007 Share #4 Posted September 4, 2007 I have used a pair of Ultravid 8x20 binoculars for nearly two years now and the image quality is superb. The small exit pupil does make positioning critical, but one learns (and invents a few tricks) and after that I have a better wiew through this compact instrument than through most larger binoculars.
