  1. He still has the same haunting look. A very pleasant person.
  2. Toni, a daylabourer, 14 years apart. This one made in 2010. M9 + Summilux ASPH 50/1.4 This one now. M10R+ Contax/Zeiss Sonnar 50/1.5 (1957)
  3. You can't go wrong with the C-Biogon. It offers the best small size and high resolution compromise on the market. The APO summicron resolves marginally higher, has a much more pleasing color rendition, lower macro contrast but higher micro contrast and it really the best on the market but it costs 10x more and is bigger and heavier. But for most applications, the resolution of the C-Biogon would be more than enough.
  4. The Summit 50/2.5 is the tiniest ....just as small as a Elmar-M collapsible, but in its collapsed state.
  5. I wonder how long it takes for Leica or some other manufacturer to notice the popularity of the Contax T2 and decide to build one for the hipster generation.
  6. I find the opposite to be true: the Summaron has much higher contrast than the 8-elements Summicron. The latter consistently provides the the most pleasing images on a digital sensor, in my experience.
  7. Yes, Lars! This is it. The tower in Ouranopoli.... You're next
  8. But one can guess the city by this old lighthouse....
