I can see the water- bottom right.

 

"The Lakes" is what we in the UK normally call the area.

Thanks everyone. FWIW this is actually a (hopefully subtle) HDR image created from three shots one stop apart. I feel that the result has a realistic soft tonality which suits the maturity of the landscape. For those unfamiliar with the English Lake District National Park its well worth googling. I can also highly recommend the Theatre by the Lake at Keswick:).
