It's on the waterfront in Portsmouth on the south coast of England with the Isle of Wight just opposite. A group of us had gone down for a day out at the Historic dockyard to see HMS Victory, the Mary Rose and HMS Warrior. While we waited for the dockyard to open we went in the tower whch overlooks the harbour. It has viewing levels at the top and a glass floor which can just be seen on the photo. Spinnaker Tower Portsmouth, Hampshire I wasn't going to post this shot taken from the main viewing platform because of the reflections in the glass but it shows the view of the harbour and of a ferry to the Isle of Wight.
