PasMichiel Posted July 6, 2009 Share #3 Posted July 6, 2009 Kodachrome Elite Chrome is over, but there is hope: Portra 160 NC or VC. The VC is most comparing.
leicologe Posted July 6, 2009 Share #4 Posted July 6, 2009 Klasse, besonders die Aufnahmen von McCurry begeistern mich immer wieder. LG Thomas
Canonier Posted July 7, 2009 Share #5 Posted July 7, 2009 Kodachrome Elite Chrome is over, but there is hope: Portra 160 NC or VC. The VC is most comparing. You are wrong! We are talking about Kodachrome, not Kodak Elite Chrome which is still available. And you cannot seriously compare Kodachrome or any slide film with Kodak Portra negative films. Franz S. Borgerding Posted July 7, 2009 Share #6 Posted July 7, 2009 Despite from greater labs like Cewe (Germany) or Kodak (U.S.) he can. Smaller labs are able to give results on paper similar to Kodachrome. On paper. Not Kodachrome-slides, these are unique. For Kodachrome, there is no successor available. Unfortunately.
