louloumum Posted June 20, 2009 Share #1 Posted June 20, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) D-Lux 4 Thanks for looking ! Can't decide whether or not to try and clone out the men in the background - particularly of # 2. Any thoughts ?
pauledell Posted June 20, 2009 Share #2 Posted June 20, 2009 Marie-Louise, A nice series. Great action and dynamics. I am reluctant to advise another about PP'ing, but in these, I think cloning the guys in the background would be appropriate if it was done carefully. It would certainly improve the pictures. maurometallo Posted June 20, 2009 Share #3 Posted June 20, 2009 Two fine shots, Marie-Louise: Dynamics and joy are very nicely conveyed. Cloning out the men in the background woud indeed improve the image; I wouldn't know how to do it, though...
antistatic Posted June 20, 2009 Share #4 Posted June 20, 2009 Some of the graffiti could do with some cloning as well Cool action shot
sharookh Posted June 20, 2009 Share #5 Posted June 20, 2009 These are awesome - #2 being my choice!!
thompsonkirk Posted June 20, 2009 Share #6 Posted June 20, 2009 I especially enjoy both the movement & the light in #1. Kirk
jacksparrow Posted June 20, 2009 Share #7 Posted June 20, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I like both, maybe #2 better, but not sure. I'd try to make them dissapear, as you say, #1 is OK, they're not too obvious in that one, but #2 would surely look better without them. pop Posted June 20, 2009 Share #8 Posted June 20, 2009 I like both shots very much. Have you considered a tight and square crop for the second one, something like this?

louloumum Posted June 20, 2009 Author Share #10 Posted June 20, 2009 (edited) Paul, Mauro, David, Sharookh, Kirk, Jack, Philipp and Martin Thank you all very much for showing your interest in the images ! I really appreciate your feedback @ Philipp: I think that's a very good approach. Thanks for making this effort ! I subsequently challenged myself with a little cloning exercise (also as regards the grafiti - hadn't noticed that ) and here's what came out of it I think that made an improvement Edited June 20, 2009 by louloumum
