I’m putting this into the news section, and if anyone feels this belongs elsewhere, feel free to wrap my knuckles and move it. I just wanted to let everyone know about a photo contest being sponsored by Camtec Photo and The Leica Boutique in Montreal. The contest is officially open to clientele of Leica Boutique and Camtec Photo, but also includes everyone here: fellow users of Leica and everyone passionate about photography in general. The owner, Jean Bardaji is one of the biggest Leica dealers in Canada and those of you who have dealt with him know you won’t find anyone more passionate about the camera and its history. Doesn’t cost anything to enter and first prize is a silver 20x24 signed print of a famous photograph taken by a renowned photojournalist. There are 2nd and 3rd prizes as well. Good luck to all!
