She was with friends, one of whom asked me if my camera was a Pentax K1000!! He also told me that this girl had made this skateboard from a raw plank of ply. She had done a very fine job with subtle curves to improve the board's rigidity over the wheels. They were waiting for a skate shop to open to buy some wheels.
