A messy business

Thank you all. Much appreciated. Hong Kong is a great place for wandering around at night with a camera. This was just around the corner from where I live.

I'd love to know what they are actually making...

This is very nice work indeed. What ISO would you have applied?

Jeff, it's 320. I shoot everything at 320 at the moment. I also use an MP, and I shoot Kodak 400CN at 320 as well. The consistency helps me with the exposure across both cameras. I can usually guess the expsoure and I can see straight away if something is off.

Hmm, that's the sort of question my wife might ask!

Sometimes I shoot both (with the 28 on the MP and a 35 on the M8, or alternatively the 35 on the MP and a 50 on the M8 - both good combos).

I might also take the MP when I am traveling and don't want to worry about the battery charger for the M8.

I use the MP when it is raining.

If I do need to use high ISO, I will use the MP. I like film grain.

But most often, I will choose the MP because it is nice sometimes to use such a nice object. I like the M8, I feel emotional about the MP :)

The CM never gets used anymore :(
