pem Posted February 24, 2009 Share #1 Posted February 24, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Dear M8 fans, I have a M8 and two Nikon flashes - a SB400 - a SB-27 I think I cannot use the SB400 since there is no manual mode. But, is there a possibility to use the SB-27 without risking to damage the M8 ? If yes, is it a good idea, or is better to get a Leica flash ? many thanks for your help Pemo
Advertisement Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Hi pem, Take a look here M8 + flash SB-27. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
marknorton Posted February 24, 2009 Share #2 Posted February 24, 2009 The SB-27 will be fine; set it to conventional auto mode, dial in the ISO, select the lens aperture to match what the flash says and you're all set. The SB-400 is very limited and will not work with the M8.
