The French aircraft carrier Clemenceau comes into the River Tees, UK, to be broken up at the Able UK yard. Mid afternoon on February 8th 2009. The ship dwarfs the blast furnace behind picture No2, which is part of the Corus steelworks at Redcar. R9+DMR. First picture with 28-90mm, others with 180mm. Firmware V1.3 which seems to give a magenta cast. A bit oversharpened!

Yes I agree a bit over-sharpened but a great piece of recorded history. Wonder what it would look like in BW? I am thinking of look, that tired, depressed, old sea vessel headed for the recycling bin? Anyway back on track, thanks for sharing.
