I do like the subtle rim lighting on his left shoulder and would have also preferred some to his right. ...I had a hard time with a similar post/photo (with 400iso film), and this helps me see the possibilities. paga Posted February 7, 2009 Author Share #12 Posted February 7, 2009 Thank you all for your feedback, I am still working on getting the best shots in low light. The most challenging part is to focus quickly, almost by relying on pure instinct without seeing much inside the viewfinder... This is also a situation where I like film much better than my M8, it looks so much better when you push B&W during process rather than trying to reduce noise from a DNG file later.
