It is another river, this time of the year valley often  has a heavy N/NW wind.

It is in Avignon where the Popes reigned during 14th century, the city in the Rhone valley with mistral winds and the famous Pont d'Avignon.

we can say that the statue called Vénus aux Hirondelles ( Venus with Swallows ) creation of Félix Charpentier, 1894.

This statue was first situated Place Carnot and it's nudity was not allowed there, so it was moved to the "Jardin du rocher des Doms".
