Daibutsu only means "The Great Buddha (statue)", of which there are several in Japan.

 

But with Nangakuzan you are getting closer.

This is not the normal name of the Tōchō-ji (= the temple we were looking for), but an honorific, used for several Buddhist temples, one of these being the Tōchō-ji in Fukuoka.

Another is the Nangakuzan Komyoji Temple, Ehime on Shikoku.

This honorific name refers to Kūkai, also called Kōbō-Daishi, a Buddhist monk who founded the Shingon school of Buddhism.
