Great portrait with strong expression. For my taste I would crop tighter and remove all the bright white T-shirt on the left.

Way to go! And although I see the possibilities of a tighter crop, I think that it adds a little perspective. Now it's a guy sweating, a worker. Without the shirt I think perhaps the story will be less clear.
