Advertisement Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Hi albertortizvalor, Take a look here iguazu waterfall. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stuny Posted January 8, 2009 Share #2 Posted January 8, 2009 Albert - Iguazu is a true international treasure with its stunning 275 or so cascades. You photo, taken from the Brazilian side, is stunning, and far better than any I took. I trust you also visited the Argentine side.
albertortizvalor Posted January 8, 2009 Author Share #3 Posted January 8, 2009 Thanks Stu Yes I visited the Argentine side too, and I took hundreds of photos there too (like you, I supose...) but no one like this... thanks again.... and why don't you post yours?? stuny Posted January 8, 2009 Share #4 Posted January 8, 2009 Albert - I can't post mine, not only because they are inferior to yours, but also because I took them before getting my first Leica camera. You can see a few on our website, though.

pgk Posted January 8, 2009 Share #9 Posted January 8, 2009 I really like this image - it has a simplicity of composition allied with a complexity of detail which really appeals to me. My only technical comment is that on my screen I think that I can see a degree of posterisation in the intense blue of the sky - this is where I'd expect to see problems, if there are any, as I have found difficulty in retaining smooth tonality in such blues with similarly intense skies myself. This said, it could equally well be my monitor's interpretation of the image, so its not a criticism, merely a comment!

albertortizvalor Posted January 9, 2009 Author Share #14 Posted January 9, 2009 Thank you all for your kind comments. Yes, me and my d-lux 3 had a good shower... PKG, maybe this photo have an excess of saturation on blues, and jpg compress don't help too much... thanks again...
