The negative was very thin and I had to pull hard in the adjustment of the levels after scanning. I am a bit sloppy and perhaps a not always so precise photographer. Personally, I think the graininess fits pretty well in this picture. Some of the grain is also kind of side effect of first preparing the picture and sharpening it for a large print (50x75cm) and then quick and dirty only resizing it for the web. /Joakim Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
