I don't know about Robert Frank, but I kinda like it. The two versions have different moods. Thanks for the suggestion. Hope you like it.

I prefer the color, partly because there are so few colors, and partly because color enhances the geometric and graphic nature of this excellent shot.

The colors create space. The brilliant orange, red and bright white come forward (w. the lettering) while the lady in the green interior recedes just enough to make it a dynamic color composition.

Thank you all for the very instructive comments and suggestions. This thread made me think of two things: That photographers really benefit from other sets of eyes looking and critiquing their pictures. That being a photo editor must be a really tough job. Thanks again!
