Advertisement Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 Hi Rolo, Take a look here Stately Home, Algarve, Portugal. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
vdb Posted January 6, 2009 Share #2 Posted January 6, 2009 Very nice, inventive coloring. A mysterious feel.
tim power Posted January 6, 2009 Share #3 Posted January 6, 2009 love the mood and colour but, to be a carping old fart, is this a small file? or a big crop? It seems a bit textured.
Rolo Posted January 6, 2009 Author Share #4 Posted January 6, 2009 Dear COF, The original is fine. What I suspect it is, the limit is 240 kb and 900 pix longest edge. If a square image is presented the quality has to be dropped to get within the size requirements, in this case below 75% quality. I have notice that bigger images are starting to come through, so maybe the parameters have changed, , but my Actions are set up for the 900 size. stuny Posted January 6, 2009 Share #5 Posted January 6, 2009 Rolo - As much as the light, color and composition are important in this image, perhaps just as important is the mixed sense of foreboding and hopefulness. Very nice.
tim power Posted January 6, 2009 Share #6 Posted January 6, 2009 I have posted bigger files than the limit allowed too, tho the LUF server seems to spend ages trying to decide if it is going to process them or not. Maybe it has a very slow aesthetic filter.
