This abstract focuses on a gun slit in a Pillbox which was built as part of the GHQ Stop Line, the section known as the Blue or Ironside Line, and is one of a number of defences found along the Kennet and Avon Canal. biglouis Posted January 4, 2009 Share #2 Posted January 4, 2009 An interesting topic for a photographic essay and well captured. There is one which I have tried to photograph several times on Hayling Island where I grew up as a teenager. I must go back and try to capture it again.
