Are the coupons that were given out when the first M8 was released for free coding of older Leica lens, still valid??

If they are misplaced can Leica issue new ones?

From what I remember, there was time limit on that coupon. June 2007 I think was the date for one I got. It came with new lens purchase, not the camera though.

I have four of them left and what I was told by Leica NJ is that the coupons are good forever. The date listed was for getting the coupons when you purchased a New Leica Lens from a Authorized Dealer.

I'll be finding out soon because I have 2 lenses that need coding and I'll be sending them in with 2 of the 4 coupons I have left.
