A warm pub this afternoon in a very chilly Chester. The sign made me smile - nearly as much as the posh bloke who asked the barman if the Budvar lager was alcohol free.

Thanks John, one of the advantages of having my back to the rest of the room was that I couldn't see the other people in the pub. They did _sound_ like an odd lot though.

Andy, I think you are confusing Budvar with Budweisser. Budvar is from Eastern Europe, is my favourite lager and is a totally different experience from Budweisser - i.e. pleasurable.

 

It was strange to be in a pub surrounded by people who were too old to be Leica users. That's something of a first.
