martinop Posted October 15, 2006 Share #5 Posted October 15, 2006 Excellent perspective and scene. Like the impact of the sunlight reflecting off the cable car rails, parked cars and building facades.

fotografr Posted October 15, 2006 Author Share #11 Posted October 15, 2006 Thank you very much for your comments. They are all appreciated. Bernardo--This was shot on Fuji Velvia 50 and converted to b&w using Photo Retouche. I thought the light had a much more dramatic effect in b&w. Unfortunately, I had no b&w films with me at the time. azzo Posted October 16, 2006 Share #12 Posted October 16, 2006 Brent, you're right. This is definetely more a B&W photo. I looked at your photo many many times, and as i had said...this is a VERY GOOD IMAGE. One to enlarge and frame. Regards Azzo
mgcd Posted October 16, 2006 Share #13 Posted October 16, 2006 Brent - this is a delightful image, quite stunning really. One caveat, the overuse of Neatimage is somewhat distracting to me... Cheers,

mgcd Posted October 17, 2006 Share #17 Posted October 17, 2006 Thanks, Conrad. How's the weather down there? Starting to miss the snow? HI Brent, the weather here is, in general, magnificent. It was 29C yesterday, relatively cool by their standards, it is an equatorial country after all. The humidity is ever present but I'm finally adapting, gotta call Chris since I finally worked out my comms. I was nostalgic about the snow for about 5 seconds after seeing a report of an earlu snowfall on CNN... could not get BBC News... Cheers,
