Processed film and Airport Xrays: any negative effect?

Perfectly safe, and for once you can put it in the checked in luggage.

Film in carry-on bags is fine, but not in checked luggage---if they scan your checked bag, it's usually with something like a CAT scan, and it will fry your film. Even the airlines warn about that. Worse, your checked bag can be stolen/lost.

X rays won't fry film that's already been processed (as per the original question) but I agree about the risk of lost/stolen or just damaged luggage.
