Advertisement Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Hi leicamann, Take a look here Absolutely WestCoast. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
svenning Posted October 2, 2006 Share #2 Posted October 2, 2006 Dear John R. Mead, Fantastic picture (!) May I ask where in the World it was taken (?) West Coast can be many places :-)) All the best - Svenning, Denmark.
stuny Posted October 2, 2006 Share #3 Posted October 2, 2006 John - Gorgeous. Wonderful light, details, composition (the child placed where he/she is works very well, as do the closer objects, and long expance of flat horizon), depth and focus
ejd Posted October 2, 2006 Share #4 Posted October 2, 2006 The pictures you have posted here taken with your 21mm SA have all been stunning. Particularly the terrific skies and clouds. Whenever I see them it makes me want to get one of these lenses! I have to keep telling myself that I should be able to do as well with the 21 I have for the M as I could with the SA on an R (true, isn't it?) Anyway, thank you for another splendid picture. martinop Posted October 2, 2006 Share #8 Posted October 2, 2006 Like the breadth and balance + the details in each of the compositional elements.
kld Posted October 2, 2006 Share #9 Posted October 2, 2006 I like the composition, especially the inclusion of the moving girl. A a dreamlike, surrealistic scene. -- Klaus

wizard Posted October 11, 2006 Share #11 Posted October 11, 2006 Fantastic picture (!) May I ask where in the World it was taken (?) West Coast can be many places :-)). Svenning, as John lives in Vancouver, I assume this shot was taken somewhere at British Columbia's (Canada) coast. John, lovely shot! hm1912 Posted October 11, 2006 Share #12 Posted October 11, 2006 A simply fantastic shot. One thing that got my attention was the driftwood --- I haven't seen driftwood like that since I left Victoria. Thanks for sharing.
