Advertisement Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Hi albertwang, Take a look here What is the future of Fuji's Acros?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Daniel kk Posted September 11, 2006 Share #2 Posted September 11, 2006 Fujifilm does develop a new Super-CCD for digital cameras in full strength. The word "Film" may be a historical term in future. kk:)
markus Posted September 11, 2006 Share #3 Posted September 11, 2006 No problem (anymore) to get Acros in Germany. I don´t think that Acros is or will be discontinued.
albertwang Posted September 11, 2006 Author Share #4 Posted September 11, 2006 Maybe pictureline was out of Acros 1600 when I was over there!
adan Posted September 13, 2006 Share #5 Posted September 13, 2006 Maybe pictureline was out of Acros 1600 when I was over there! Highly likely - since there IS no such thing as ACROS 1600. Just Neopan 1600 or ACROS 100. Fuji announced they were discontinuing 100 ft (30m) bulk rolls of most of their B&W films in the past week due to falling demand, but not individual rolls. I'm sure ACROS 100 will hang around until Fuji pulls the film plug completely.
