richam Posted September 10, 2006 Share #1 Posted September 10, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Any suggestions for my Digilux 2 failure? I seem to have lost the EVF/LCD for viewing and picture taking. Lens cap on or off doesn't matter. I get a blurry purple image 3/4 of the way up on the LCD or EVF window. It seems to take a picture but all photos are full black. I've tried the reset function several times, plus left the battery out overnight. Also tried various menu settings -- ISO, white balance, etc. Last time I successfully used the camera, it was on a tripod in manual mode with the authorized Leica remote cable. I've tried to operate with and without the cable. No help with any of this. Is there anything else worth trying before I send it in? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
