Dantist Posted March 7, 2008 Share #61 Posted March 7, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) .... I've just picked up my new M8 / 75 Cron / 28 Cron and am as happy as a pig in muck! The 75 cron is a LOT easier to work with than my instance of the Lux - I loved it, but I think I might use this one more. Full image + 100% crop. AWB / iso 320.. Light's horrid, but it's a good test if you can get the grille and the lettering clear(including the slight doubling because of reflection onto the LCD glass). Hand held at 1/350th fully open. What a nice lens!Same camera, same lenses, same opinion about camera and lenses. Should we start a club named "The Happiest Photographers" ? Obs ! I've added a 12mm Voigtländer on the list. Marvellous !
Advertisement Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Hi Dantist, Take a look here M8 + 28 cron / 75 lux stolen in Lisbon. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
chris_tribble Posted March 7, 2008 Author Share #62 Posted March 7, 2008 Dantist - it's a pretty ideal combination for a lot of my purposes. My ideal kits are: 1 lens: either 35 cron or 28 cron - it's always really hard to decide 2 lens: 28 + 75. (general purpose + portrait) 3 lens: 28 + 75 + 135 (travel) 4 lens: 15CV + 21 Elmarit + 28 + 75 + WATE finder (social documentary) Why do I hold on to my 50 lux and 90 cron? I suppose it's because they're both old friends - and maybe we'll get full frame one day! Best
