Advertisement Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Hi neila, Take a look here Quickly snapped. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Guest flatfour Posted September 5, 2006 Share #2 Posted September 5, 2006 First picture is Moss in the 4wd Ferguson which he once said was the fastest 2.5 litre car he had driven including the 250F Maser. Unfortunately by the time the Ferguson appeared the formula had changed.
neila Posted September 5, 2006 Author Share #3 Posted September 5, 2006 KSV in the last picture is mine - I've driven it around Goodwood and have nothing but admiration for the drivers who used them in anger! The thing scares me at speed!
stuny Posted September 5, 2006 Share #4 Posted September 5, 2006 Neila - I really like these but I think you need to punch them up a bit -- They seem washed out. Your roadster is gorgeous. Aston?
lambroving Posted September 6, 2006 Share #5 Posted September 6, 2006 Neil, Where was your MP..., or did you have a passenger? KSV is really lovely. What is that (metallic?) green called?
neila Posted September 6, 2006 Author Share #6 Posted September 6, 2006 Stuart, you're right - they are a bit washed out as I lightened them in photoshop... Lambro, I wasn't sure about the weather, and, as the DBR is not good at keeping dry, I decided to take the little digital. You can, of course, really tell the difference between the MP and the little Leica, see the MP (edit, not the MP at all, the RD-1) shots below from hols - Leica 50mm lens, lovely! KSV is an Aston and the colour is Aston Racing Green....
elansprint72 Posted September 6, 2006 Share #7 Posted September 6, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Neil, Shame on you taking an inappropriate modern digital camera nothing less than a Speed Graphic next time please! Also shame on Stirling for wearing those Oakley goggles (bet he was paid for that), he doesn't get out of bed unless there is a fee involved. Cheers, Pete.
