albertwang Posted September 5, 2006 Share #2 Posted September 5, 2006 Very urban. Nice touch of graffati. Presume the house is from concrete or stucco?

albertwang Posted September 5, 2006 Share #4 Posted September 5, 2006 Ah, are you familiar with the building materials that the neighborhood houses are made from? They seem to be poured concrete but I could be wrong? Very relaxed place. Reminds me of Rose Park in SLC around here actually
vic vic Posted September 5, 2006 Author Share #5 Posted September 5, 2006 ah albert, sorry mate, i must be really tired from the crazy day i had in telaviv... shotting, imidiatly to deverlop, then to choose, scan with highest quality and get it ready for tomorow including fulll phot and graphic work - carzy :-)) u see, digital back in this case today, would save here alot of time and energy... anyway... ya - the city is relaxed, amazingly beautiful (i saw alot of places, so i have to proportions:-)) ). but too boring many times. we have a university, technion (the famous science intitute), one avanue of pubs and alike, and huge hi-tech complex (which includes ibm, philips, intel etc etc). the rest of the things are in minor scales. it is far from being metropolitan. but life standards here are among the highest, especially on the mountain of "carmel" (those photos are a step down of the pick of carmel where university is located). the amazing thing is that when i am in telaviv (like today) i want to be in haiofa sometimes, and while in haifa i miss sometimes the action of non-stop telaviv. :-)))
ossifan Posted September 25, 2006 Share #6 Posted September 25, 2006 Hi Victor - Nice shots - I'll need to post something from my neighborhood, mostly Jerusalem stone and somewhat sterile. It's nice to know I'm not the only one in the forum who lives in Israel. Cheers, Alex
