Well, it was nice to read your praise of the Q3 43 (5 short bullet points), and your photos are interesting, but it's hardly a 'review'! You write very little about the camera; even if you found no faults in it at all, you could have given an indication of its limits.

I'm a Q3 43 owner, and a Q2 owner before that - I like the camera very much, but I'm not blind to its limitations.

I agree. Nice shots but a review it is not.

I concur with the comments on the article's title. The blog post aims to present my thoughts on the camera, supported by images captured using the camera. I renamed the article "Capturing Cuba with the Leica Q3 43."

It's a tough crowd here 🤣

Tough crowd, indeed, 🙂

I dislike standard camera reviews with technical jargon, so I prefer to discuss " real-life " experiences using my camera equipment.

And your review simply states the important points, with great pictures to back them up!

More useful than the pixel peeper reviews.

I think the review perfectly demonstrates that if you know what you are doing, have a sense of artistry and access to interesting subject matter, the Q3 43 is capable of delivering exceptional photographs. I think some users want to know that a camera can deliver exceptional photographs even if the user possesses none of those things. That’s just a gadget review for the talentless and uninformed.

Proof is in the pudding. We’ve been shown the pudding.
