Tighten the rewind knob. Does it go tight or can you rewind the film without having to set the rewind lever to rewind? If so the film was not secure on the take-up spool.

When you were winding on the first 14 shots was the rewind knob turning evenly a whole frame or just moving slightly? Again a misload. Or maybe the sprocket wheel has torn the film at frame 14 ?

Thank you. Tried this and the film had not enagaged :(

Thankfully the photos 'taken' were not important.
