It’s a long time since I organised a meet. Not since we moved from Bristol to Derbyshire, six years ago. So …

On Saturday 10th May, Prescott Italia is being held at the Prescott Speed Hill Climb. It is an annual event and I have been several times and always had a thoroughly enjoyable day. 

For those who have not been, Prescott is a very picturesque circuit offering plenty of vantage points from which to get good photos of the cars going up the hill.  

It is also home to the Bugatti Owners Club museum which itself is worth a visit  

In 2024 four of us from the forum were there (Graham marshals there) and we had a small get together. I shall be going again next May and would like to suggest that we have a forum meet that day. 

If there is any interest, I shall post a link to details here. There is usually an ‘early bird’ offer for discounted tickets but they haven’t been announced yet.

 I do hope this appeals to some of you and if so, look forward to seeing you there! 👍😊

I might well be tempted - 'tis circa 25 years since my one and only visit. A really enjoyable day armed with my Pentax ME Super, 70-200mm, Fujichrome and FP4 - a few results in an album on Flickr.

Will pencil the date into my diary!
