The busy oof area with the 75mm cured my desire for this lens. If, and it is still an if, I want a more tighter portrait lens, I will most probably go for the 85mm sigma…
Planetwide Posted November 7 Share #23  Posted November 7 (edited) Personally, the 75mm is one of my favourites. I like the slightly wider field of view. It's bokeh is, like all lenses, background dependant. Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! Olaf_ZG Posted Saturday at 09:49 AM Share #25  Posted Saturday at 09:49 AM So, having a 21mm, the Q 43, what would be a better fit? The 75 or 90? Don’t want both. But do have both original zooms, however, I guess they will never be in the same bag when going on a trip…

For something longer I’ve been using my old Contax Zeiss 100mm F2 Planar while I decide the final SL prime lens for my kit. My current mind set is leading me more towards the APO Summicron SL 90 as the logical choice. YMMV

YMMV My current kit is the 21, 35, 75 APO SL and the 50 Lux SL (just sold the 50 APO SL). I don"t miss the 90 at all - but in your case the 90 probably makes more sense already having two lenses that can fill in the gap. Truth be told I usually don't carry the 50 and for a travel kit It's just the SL3/21 APO and Q3 43.  1
