I’ve used the SL2/S and 3 with both godox and Broncolor Siros. I have the L trigger for godox and broncolor with the Fuji/canon triggers and it works very well. I don’t have HS with broncolor but for my studio work I don’t require it. Your mileage may vary, but it’s super reliable with those triggers. Hoping for a Leica-Broncolor trigger though to have access to HS.

I had the same experience with my Godox AD360 flash on a bracket.  There seems to be a minimum distance inside which the wireless triggers will not work reliably.

Yesterday I shot 13 headshots. SL2 plus godox ad200 plus godox trigger for leica. All went well, even in afc mode except for the last set of images where I photographed a group and literally stood under my umbrella.

Flash did not fire at all, and I thought the battery went empty, though this morning it still showed some juice. Maybe be trigger was to close to the head…

did you set your trigger to 0-30 distance? if you close the transmission can fail.

Hello hoping you can help. I am a, ex-Fuji new to Leica user with a (MPB used) SL2-s. I am trying to get a new Godox Xpro II L trigger to fire my AD200 flashes from the camera hotshoe. At present the trigger will fire a flash when the 'test' button is pressed, this is good. The units are paired and are in M mode. However I cannot get the trigger to fire from the camera shutter release. I think that I've tried every combination to no avail and I am totally frustrated. It has to be something obvious that I've missed with my single brain cell!!! Hoping someone can suggest/help/guide, all ideas gratefully received. Many thanks in advance

*** EDIT - NOW WORKING - but I have no idea why! ***

What on earth?? I thought I would try the only thing left which was to try and trigger the flash via the Leica phone app. because I noticed that bluetooth was mentioned on the Godox website. At this point I had given up. The usual couple of tries and eventual connection to the camera later I didn't alter anything and the flash fired when I used the app as the trigger. So I gave it a couple of pops then turned the app off and tried the camera shutter release and it still worked. Turned everything off and on and (touch wood) it's still firing. I haven't altered any settings. No idea why or what happened but happy it works. Bizarre! Thought I woulds leave this up in case anyone else has such a thing happen. Leica strangeness lol.

Here are some points that you could follow.

Don't shoot an electronic shutter, I will not fire the flash.

make sure your flash is up to date in the firmware, the AD200 is incapable of doing TTL correctly, but later models like the AD200Pro do.

there is a distance scale for the trigger, if you flash it close to the trigger you need to set the distance  to 0-30m

Thank you that’s really helpful
